The developed architectural proposal for HCC, from the complex analysis, is a large spans superstructure which embraces and links the metropolitan condition of mobility with local factors, uses compactness and the multiple times of its users.

Its technical resolution responds to a looping process of feedback information between the structural possibilities and the attempt to give more space to citizens´ needs.

This parametric calculus of every possible alternative structure is self-organized and executed with the plug-in karamba that allows to quickly incorporate the new geometric modifications into an optimal resolution point.

As large spans superstructure, it acts locally recovering the big urban space occupied by large scale railway infrastructures during the last 150 years, and adds to the city a huge covered public open space on the limit of a formerly curbed suburb of the city. It is not only about giving more space to citizens, but about breaking the barrier between the city core and the suburb materialized by the M-30 beltway.

Within its own structural logic, it is colonized by other uses different than the purely transportation needs: the city for commuters for in-transit and floating population and directly linked to the mass transit system. It is finally a bridge-street, covered, multi-purpose which can be used at the same time for staying, for moving and for developing different activities
